My life long friend Robert Matthew Habbick / Sgt. Major General Sir James Lumsden who was my 2i/c at Marston Moor July 2, 1644. He appears with me on the famous painting Schuttersmaaltijd by van der Helst 1638. We were both mercenary soldiers and members of the Sint Joris Doelen - Saint George's Longbow Shooting Club of Amsterdam at the time the painting was commissioned.
